Your going to be sore no matter what you do, i would say get the most painful ones out of the way first so do lower body and then upperbody, only my opinion though.

Bulking will just make you fat seeing as you have >10% body fat anyways.
Eat clean and around 2k calories... light cardio would also be recommended a few times a week.
