    How long did the 2 plate bench take you?

    Personally took me over a year :S. Got a 5 plate deadlift same time as a 2 plate bench. Getting to 3 plates to significantly less time however.

    If I'm doing heavy weight for 5 or so reps I'll have a strong arch and take a big breathe before each rep and hold it till I finish the rep. If its more reps I'll just breathe as I feel like.
