For some people creatine does cause it, and I overdosed it , when I took 5 grams it was no problem

I stopped taking creatine , im taking whey 80 , 2 scoops per day ( 38 g per scoop), eating chicken almost everyday rice and broc****

It has to be creatine, I shouldnt take 10 grams of creatine.. people said it to me . If I dont grow hair anymore im going to be single rest of my life :/

Done it for 1 year feels like no diffenrece

I do push pull legs, but diet I eat enough protein little extra calories

I do:

Chest shoudler triceps
Back Biceps
Legs
Chest Shoulder triceps
Back Biceps

Some weeks I do heavy on compound movements 4-6 reps sometimes 8 -12

Hi guys , I've been taking creatine 5 g for over 1 year and I see a little result but didn't get any strenght at all. Shall I go for 10 grams a day 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off?
