think ive got a good idea now but just wondering about diet...im looking to start in august so want to get good muscle mass but not get too fat either.
dude your from ireland like me and i started rippletoes as well today :D my lifts were same as yours, only i think i did 3x5 squats and did 50kg deadlift. deadlift is so hard, my hands are so small...
what weight lifting routine should i be doing? would there be any point doing rippletoes thing while i try getting down to under 10% bf or would i be better just doing a routine 3 day split?
my wheels are gonna look awesome when i get my bf done as they are where im most genetically blessed. as a kid even tho i was a midget i had the robust legs while everyone else had weedy legs.
well just an update i havent said anything yet, not the right time, gonna wait until summer(reason for this) but i mean its weird when u find out a girl likes u the signs become so obvious.
