    I disagree, it focuses on progressive overload crucial for building muscle. Strong lifts is a great beginner program and if followed correctly can develop a strong foundation of muscle and strength.

    Yeah seems that your are skinny fat, no offence. Adding muscle mass will definately help, I suggest lean bulking only 200-300 caloires above maintenance.
