    i usually lift on the days we dont have film...

    i usually lift on the days we dont have film after practice..and my gym period i use the gym to lift as well

    but either way you should be lifting..if your sore just fight through it
    hard work...

    ya thanks man im actually turning 17 in less than a month..ya i only eat about 2200 calories a day..no where near 3500.

    last year in july i was around 260 lbs at 15 yrs old
    now i weigh in at 190lbs turning 17 yrs old

    lifes completley different..and its so much better
