Honestly, I don't see how decreasing the volume--cutting the 3 sets of iso work--would help make this program better... Maybe if I was doing this 3-4 times/week.

Nah, injuries. A PT told me to avoid OH pressing. I don't seem to be lacking in Shoulder size compared to chest. Like I said High incline hits my shoulders well.
