My favorite thing about this season is the old Halloween movies that come on all month! Plus the weather.

I enjoy the cooler/colder weather. Helps me train more outside and go for more runs.

Been doing more home workouts but currently messed up my nerve in my shoulder at work so on light duty. Just this motivates me to get back in it when I am healed and gain the muscle I have lost.

wow never seen these! I need! I am going to start my cut and do low carb since it helped me loose about 40 lbs last time.

Just got back from Florida vacation. Life has been the same with me day in and day out. Work in the home medical field with respiratory patients and COVID patients lately.

Congrats on the WIN! I know I am late in the game and this is over but I put up a new ceiling fan (cut hole, new wires, all that FUN stuff) all day! Could of used one of these!
