I'm coming off an injury and I'm out of shape for basketball season(starts oct. 27). Is there any conditioning test or standard I can use to see how out of shape I am?
I'm a one foot jumper. I read some where strong, quad dominate people are better at 2 foot and more explosive, hamstring/glute dominate people jump of one better. Technique is also a big factor.
The program looks solid, but I think there should be some pull-ups or rows. Also, you could to some plyometrics to build explosiveness if you squat 1.5 bw.
