WEDNESDAY 10-26-05 -- CARDIO
30 minute jog @ 6mph for a total of 3 miles... followed by a 2.5min cooldown.
Also did my ab routine today too.
I'm tired and have a sore throat.
speaking of cardio... it's about time for me to go run
then it is useless imo... I don't need my appetite suppressed.

Nice workout and PRs... I don't think your knees are supposed to go across your toes... I don't know why, that is just what I have heard. I don't know what it does
fat loss... I kind of notice a bit of energy I guess... but I can always drink a red bull.. i want this stuff for fat loss and I'm not seeing it.
