This whey makes VERY good proats and I add 1 cup of 5min oats with 1 scoop of Mint Choc Chip
and a little water then cover it and place in the fridge overnight...

sparingly so they always HIT :eek: when I use them.:)

I'm the same way I DON''T touch caffeine at any time of the day except what's in my preworkout and
I rotate a different pre each workout so I don't build a tolerance using the same caffeine amount...
