I agree with Tkarrde, I would save the S1+ or 1+ for bulking and just use straight 1-T for cutting.

however, if you just have those two items, use S1+

Yeah, you are basically getting two bottles of ONE, but in only a single bottle.

thus, 3 squirts of the 12g 1-T equals 6 squirts of regulare ONE

Post cycle update:

After 6 days of 6OXO @ 5/day my I have lost 4 lbs of water. I'm at 209lb now. It's nice to get rid of that water, it was most apparent in the stomach.

Net gain: 16.5 lb

Sounds good, 13.5 lb is what I gained after 2 weeks also.
