yes I do and they are not lacking, Ill put up some pics whenever I take some, there are some old ones on my bodyspace. I started working them pretty late tho but theyve cought up verry well.

Well u have a great amount of mass, I personaly would go for a 500 calorie deficit untill i feel ripped to the bone then go on a slow steady bulk for a long time.
