I think mpst of the weight is water, and since I was cutting 6-7 weeks ago for couple months I lost some muscle so I gained some additional muscle due to muscle memory if that makes any sense.
I'm bulking at 4000 calories sometimes more sometimes less Iguess my maintenance would be somewhere from 3500-3800. Cutting at -25% 5 days a week and 2 days only protein (psmf)
I always retain a lot of water weight. May lose 10 lbs during one week of cutting. If there such thing as bodytypes I'm endo+meso. Easy gainer - easy cutter.
