change that. it all starts with the food bud.
lots of veggies..and lean meat.
i suggest buying a scale also.
might seem silly at first and alot of work.
but once you get into a flow you be fine.
i use redcon1s fade out...2- 3 times a week..works wonders..normally i will use a half scoop..one full scoop every now and then..its alitte pricey but worth it IMO.
After reading other comments,i cant wait to get dem samples yo..
right now im on a stim break.( bucked up stim free for past 2 weeks)
just got kraken samples today and a few from Controlled labs...
Thanks for the feedback and suggestions...I def made the mistake of taking dmaa every day i trained..starting to crave it..so i new it was time to take a break
