Agree lower fat a bit and up protein. Eating high fat sources of protein will help reach fat goals without overdoing protein. Eating pure fat sources like butter or olive oil helps.
I am mostly worried about the OPs ability to calculate calories and their basic math skills. I think this may be the reason why the original keto diet did not work.

Ive been in ketosis for about two weeks and haven't lost weight either...because I'm not trying to. Im eat enough fat to make sure I am not in a calorie deficit. Calories still matter.
Why is the carb up necessary? I drink regularly while maintaining ketosis. I also never get hangovers..maybe a slight headache at the worst.
I personally drink hard liquors straight or with sugar...
Its actually been pretty nice not to have to eat so much protein. It just took a few days to figure out how to get it low enough. I am now eating yolk only omelets!
