Definitely at SHW for the forseeable future. I've been doing a lot of boring hypertrophy work but maybe I'll shoot a couple videos so people can see my offseason work.
I was only wearing a singlet this meet. I had trouble getting my knees through my arms which made my hips a lot higher than usual. Gotta figure it out before the next one.
