    if you want to be athletic, take up olympic weightlifting. If you cant take up olympic weightlifting, do powerlifting. dietary advice is pretty basic so just eat clean as much as you can.

    Probably not going to help with your other lifts at the gym, but with overall fitness and stamina, it may help a bit. I think doing them pread out over the day may not be the best tho
