-Close-grip bench press
-Overhead tricep extensions w/ rope
-pressdowns w/ V-bar
-kickbacks while laying on a gym ball

It could be something as simple as a pinched nerve. If so, I would suggest a wrist brace and limited movement of the area until it fully heals. If that doesn't work, then go to the doc.

@HammZ- Yeah afraid so. Actually it's a pretty common injury. Of course I had no idea until after it happened to me lol
