Im currently on daves diet and this is my second time doing it, im about 3 weeks out from a show and my glutes are already starting to become striated. Cardio is key with this diet, IMO.
yea you can change the meals however you want, don't matter. Seasonings are fine, mustard is fine, no ketchup though, splenda not good, stevia is good, diet soda and crystal light is good.
