The goal is to add 2.5-5kg a week onto the bench program
What I am asking is would be ok to add 7.5?

I got an mri they said they couldn’t see anything other then some fluid around the bone and said it must just be bone bruising or something

The best thing I did for my deadlift was rdls strengthened my back something serious
