I've been on quite the cut for nearly 6 months now and have lost 50lbs in the process. I'm still somewhat enjoying the journey and don't feel like going on any diet breaks.
Oh yea. It's not in a big pouch, so I'd only have it a few times a week to change things up slightly. Or to mix some up to pour over cereal. Or even add the powder to oatmeal.

Normally black coffee is fine for me. Though I did a 110,000 step walk the other day after about 1g of caffeine from coffee and pre-workout and it powered me like you wouldn't believe.
