I take 2000 ius daily tablet form and that works fine for me. Not much sun in the winter months but I make it point to go out and get fresh air daily.

What caused your injury? I've never had any real major injury. Kudos to everyone who'e been through it and had to deal with that kind of pain.
Both of them are sleeping right now. They both turned 7 in Sept my girl is doing great but my boy has become more aggressive and it's making me a little nervous. They eat good, drink, play/exercise...

No, I guess full arthritis, bone on bone and being in constant fukin pain 24/7 isn't important enough.
Not yet. Thank you covid and we're still waiting. This will be his 4th knee surgery and the guy has been in pain for so many years...it's just insane!

I loved competing in the natty orgs. They always run the best shows and I made so many friends along the way. I still keep in touch with most of them today. I never took anything when competing...
