Not trying 2 give a perfect calorie count just call it under 700 cals. My point is it is a great keto meal and U can always make 2 meals out of it instead of 1. I always welcome something different...

i hav 2 1/2 tbls of mayo with tuna or salmon and its been blasting my bowels, i think i will b cutting back on the mayo.
