Mine's the same, optimum nutrition whey taste like crap, I got mine on sale a long time ago and I have those white specs, should be fine up to 1 year past expiration anyway

there was a study somewhere done where regular whey protein concentrate was better than hydrowhey somewhere and it definitely does not justify the price

superpump 250 is being phased out, but you can still find them, for the enhanced superpump max formula, i personally liked superpump max over superpump 250 in terms of pre-lifting focus

expired protein bars = stomach problems
6 month expired RTD = stomach problems
1 expired protein tub = no issues
2 years expired individually wrapped protein = no issues...

Why can't I eat at 500 calories below maintenance AND burn 2,000 calories a day?? for a combined 2,500 calorie deficit while keeping protein at 1.5/lb?? that should equate to about 5 lbs fat loss in...
