What does it mean when you get bigger, but scale stays the same? I'm comparing from 2-3 months ago.
No measurements, but I'm definitely bigger. Not complaining except that "bigger" is everywhere...

Never had to start a workout day with this setup before. always 3x5 or 5x5
or you could try doing 3x10-12 with less weight on Upper Day 2
(i'm no expert)
try switching your "power" OHP to the 2nd Upper Body day and do it as your 1st exercise.
