First of all I was comparing bodybuilders to cowboys. Just because the cowboy doesnt have abs doesnt make him a fat ass. He has a healthy bodyfat %, bodybuilders dont.

even with powerful steroids, your body wont be able to metabolize that much muscle in such a short time. Probably only 10 or so pounds of it is muscle.

you guys didnt get it. I do 1 set per workout, per exercise (its from DC if you're wondering)

Workout 1 - 100 pounds, 12 reps
Workout 2 - 105 pounds, 10 reps
Workout 3 - 110 pounds, 8 reps...

I was thinking of trying out a peridization scheme where you first do 12 reps, next workout increase the weight do 8, next one increase and 6, next one increase and 4 reps, and then go back to 12,...
