the dead lift was my only 1 rep max. Truth be told I'm not a fan of the dead lift any more since I almost injured my back, but 5x5 has you dl every workout.

How are lunges useless? Please explain. Dorian Yates may say lunges are useless, yet Ronnie did them on the side.

Edit: most girls won't get big legs/ass period cause most are afraid to lift heavy...
