So yesterday i hit my macros 100% but something i changed was that since i ate all my carb macros at lunch i barely had any for dinner, mostly protein although when i woke up my weight dropped...
hmm might as well try it i guess.. only thing is it says do not take under 21 and it is in a sense a hormonal product so i dont want to mess anything up..
