Yeah, did a QnA seminar one night, then did some deadlifting on the last day with the big guys, pulled 350kg pretty easy. Then 3 x 5hr hands on lifting seminars the following week.

Cheers Zac, squats were a hard one to pick. I train out of a squat rack and have **** mobility so I have to grip outside the cage which makes it hard for me to grip the bar and get it low on my back...
