    What would be the problem with hitting twice each muscle a week? Or giving more work to those muscle groups where someone needs to do it?

    Im thinking about hitting chest/triceps 3 times a week (2 heavy days 1 light day), back/biceps 2 times a week (heavy/light) and shoulder/legs just one time (heavy).
