What are your most stimulating nutritional foods?

For me it is bananas, melons and milk. Sausage would be a contender, but it's full of sulfites and not nutritious. What are yours? Feel free to post a picture if you have that inclination.

I hate cardio and just lift 3x per week for around 45 min. I’m pretty much sedentary outside of that. If I were to add cardio what should I do? Is having a daily step goal something to consider?

Just finished a cut. Dropped from 196lbs to 180lbs. I'm looking to bulk for 6 month and will be doing a 3 day full body a week which will be both high intensity and volume. Will be fuelling this with a good surplus and eating good quality food.

Melatonin kinda sucks

Took it 2 hours before bed for a week (300mcg) and I kept waking up every 2 hours. Now its got to the point where I wake up every 30 mins to 1.5 hours, worst sleep ever wtf. I was taking it because I had got used to sleeping at 3am but this seems like its not helping.
