My bad -- I keep calling it the ECA stack; however, I never added the Asprin because of what everyone was saying on the board. I'm only taking the EC portion.

Thanks for the reply. What multi and fishoil do you recommend? I cannot stand fish so anything that won't leave me burping up the taste of fish would be great...

Creatine Monohydrate
Gold Standard...

Yeah that's rough. I don't know of any other gyms that far north. I used to work at the McCormick Ranch LA Fitness and they aren't cheap there either. Good luck man!

How far north are you? If you're willing to drive to Old Town there's a gym named Independence Gym off Hayden between Thomas and Indian School that doesn't charge much ($22/mo).

I'm in Old Town Scottsdale... just started back up with the gym about 3 weeks ago.
