your friend is good :eek:, but bear in mind, on stage almost everybody is equally muscular (in the same weight category), but its the conditioning that makes or breaks ..... :)

its either u stop training during the holidays or schedule your rest days on these days (just for that week) and train on your normal rest days instead (that's my way of not missing a workout ;))
