yeah bro dont do it. i bulked from 18% to 26% the fat gain isnt worth it so hard to drop
abs is all your bf% but muscle is way more impressive than abs and skinny. for some reason every chick i know that likes skinny abs is a crack head, odd.
just keep going and push through, only a plataue (wrong spelling but **** auto correct)
