I'm trying to join the fire brigade in England. I have my fitness test in 4 months but i feel I'm not quite fit enough. The workout I was thinking of doing is this:

Well people say its full of salt and fat and its processed chicken but kfc now say its 100% chicken. If it fits in my macros surely its fine. So why do people who wanna stay healthy not eat takeaways?
Why do people say take away is bad for you then?
So if i ate takeaways everyday i wouldnt put any fat on aslong as i fit it all in my daily macros?

Is it true or not that you need protein and a lot of carbs within 30 mins of a workout?
Dont you get fat by eating a lot of fat though or is it just calories that make you fat?
