Pointless to continue on a weight you can't handle you'll just end up hurting yourself. Just drop the weight to what you can handle to get the reps and sets done. Then give it a shot again next...
Started at 15/16% now at 10%. Gone from 88 kg to 82kg. From looking at a calculator says about 4kg of fat and 2 muscle roughly. What do you think? A lot of muscle lost? Or normal?
So I've been on my first attempt at a cut for about 3 months and dropped about 6 kgs. Starting to see some visible results but still have a bit of that stubborn fat at the mid section. Measured today...
Saw this dude on the cover as a kid. Just watched them recently..... There are much better horror flicks, but would have been pretty gruesome back in the day
