Is progressive overload a problem? Becuase when I keep a consistent routine of lifting and cardio, I end up looking more fuller... around my stomach and lower back.

I have muscle mass, just to clarify. I look "big" muscle wise. I just have fat belly. When I go without junk food and I do cardio, I still look the same as when I'm more loose and eating junk food...

I do lift weights, been doing it for the past 2 years, fullbody. I use calisthenics and dumbells (50ibs each) and cable machines. I also have muscle mass, it's just that I have an annoying pot belly....
