I've been following an hypocaloric diet for a year.
Now I'd like to switch to hypercaloric diet with a 200-300 calories surplus.
How do I do it? Do I slowly increase carbos until I reach my surplus...
So that means my abs might be more visible at 17% but no guarantee because people have different genetics.
However they should be visible once I get to 14%, no matter if 4 pack or 6 pack
My lifts haven’t changed since the day I started cutting and I eat plenty of proteins.
