    Your bench press and OHP is as strongs as mine and I weigh 80kg.
  • Much stronger Jefferson deadlift than conventional deadlift

    My deadlift is really lagging behind my Jefferson deadlift.
    I can do 160kg (352lbs) on the Jefferson, but I can only do 120kg (265lbs) conventional.
