there was some bodyscan dexa data i found a while back on uk people saying their bodyfat level percentiles and its crazy, 1st percentile is 12.5%, so 1 in 100 people have 12.5%, maybe 1 in 1000...

bropheus, you look good but your not ripped. your more like 14%. you'd be 180 not 200 if you were @8% at your height.

current shape @ 170, one w my gfs fake tan! does wonders for my physique.

at 190 im about 15% bodyfat, strong but soft, its not really that great

what is you weight, when ripped to the bone?
i am 5'11.5 and 170 when properly ripped natty ( tiny), i look small in clothes and am much weaker in the gym, but its all worth it when people see you...

colour is less important
canthal tilt, shape, hooding, under eye support, brow ridge shadowing are all more important for slayer eye area
