sorry, but i workout my biceps at home not in the gym. both of the bars weigh the same amount. is is better to do more weight on an EZ-bar instead of less weight on a straight bar? to me they work...
...nuff said..just switch them up every now and then. one is not better than the other.

i don't care how many ab workouts you try or how many days a week you do them only two things are gonna give you nice abs and that is eating right and aerobic excersise. all of the idiots on this...

for some reason i can do about 20 more lbs on the EZ-Curl bar than i can do bicep curling a straight barbell. should i stick with the EZ or go with the straight or mix them up?

yes, i mean TRAPS. for god's sake, i made that post late at night.
i think shrugs are the absolute best excersise for your LATS. they grow so fast with them. i've put on 30lbs to my shrugs since summer. i wish all of my muscles would grow as fast as my LATS.

i'm 6' and 140lbs. i look really ripped when i take pics on my web cam, but i don't really look that in real life. i think a little of that is going on here.
