Rep's Instagram is teasing something for Zero Gap bench owners. I'm curious what it could be, as a v1 Zero Gap owner.

That might be interesting. I feel like the e-coat works well with the knurling. It's smooth on the non-knurled parts, but complimentary on the knurl.

I'm going to pull the trigger on the Sorinex Bulldog pad soon, but I want to make sure it will fit on my Rogue Monster rack. The Sorinex basecamp and Rogue monster racks use the same hole spacing,...

There are plenty of options for a lat pull down and rack combo, but I don't think you're going to find anything in your price range that has the cable crossover option. The Valor has chain spotters....

Nice! I found an Inspire FT1 in Downingtown on Sunday night for $400, in an empty garage. Responded 50 minutes after the post, which was probably 49 minutes too late.

I'm fairly certain it's a modernization of a Reflex design. Rogue bought Reflex a year or two back, or they merged somehow. I forget the specifics, but it's not a Rep copy. Rogue nor Rep invented the...
