i just got this stuff in yesterday, mixed one scoop in about 6oz FF milk and HOLY **** was it incredible. and i usually HATE vanilla whey, but had to try ON's new flavor. i think its my favorite one...

mine:

2 scoops vanilla whey
1 scoop lemon gatorade powder (=32oz)
mixed in water

simple, tastes like a lemon creamsicle
