This. I used to be one of those who would puke with food in my stomach. I've gotten to where I eat a poptart literally while walking out into my gym and love it.

I think the problem might be the seasoning I use on my chicken for the week. But I dont really use salt, and I usually get sodium free seasonings, need to double check.
