first of all do a beginners plan for about 6-8 weeks if you are a beginner
after that you should bulk to get the wanted size
when you're done with bulking do a cutting program
you cann't bulk and...
it's kind of weird
you should be working each muscle with the one that moves with it like chest and triceps or back and biceps or hams and quads.
I'v never heard of a plan that works two not...
it's ok to do cardio after legs day
but you'll be kind of tired to do legs day after cardio so maybe you should reduce the weights for that day or take a rest by doing chest day or so then do your...
do 12 sets only for chest workout
try doing :
bench press 3x8-10
incline press 3x8-10
decline press 3x8-10
cable cross overs 3x10
this works best for me :)
