By upper chest, some "internet literature" seems to be referring to it as the clavicle head.
This is true that OHP would train this area better though, I'm still on 20 kg...
I've being training in they gym for the past 5 years now... I've being doing mostly bench press, but now starting to realise i don't like the shape of my chest.
Thanks for your tips guys... I do not have a very strict low carb diet, I eat oats in the morning, try to eat vegs and meat at every meals and fruits whenever I can. Nuts are also a regular snacks....
I'm starting to have now a good volume, especially doing a lot of work on the bench press recently...
I'm trying to get more definition though, as I feel my lower pecs are far too...
So, I'm going to modify my training program on shoulders... to incorporate more shoulder excercise... What s your opinion? Is 1x per week enough?
