The bent over rows seem to be the predominent back exercise when you look at SS, SL, ICF etc. I just wanted to know why is it considered better...I think it's mostly about ROM but I'm not sure. T-bar...
Cutting version. Currently on 2400 cals compared to 2800 at the end of my bulk. About 14-15% b.f I would say. Trying to get to 10% in an undefined period of time. Already lost 2-3 pounds.
