He's noticably bigger in his upper-torso. He's probably put on about 10 pounds over the last year.

The fact that guys are stepping on stage with noticable gyno and with guts like Badell, James and Coleman's is just sad, it really is. Bodybuilding is such a joke nationally...and most on here don't...

That's what a bodybuilder is SUPPOSED to look like. That's a physique that even the "common-man" can envy as opposed to the garbage that gets on state now-a-days.

"Natural" to me means that you've NEVER used steroids (or cutting agents like Clen or Diuretics like Lasix) at ANY TIME in your life. Not just for a certain amount of time. You have to be NATURAL...

At your weight and bodyfat, I hope you like the treadmill, timing your meals and being hungry.
