How exactly do i balance my macros? If i eat tuna instead of the eggs what else should i consume to balance it out? I know ill need more fat, what should i eat to get that? Examples would be awsome...
Im only 4 days in but i have no problems sleeping, actually i get really tired, I guess its the work outs that knock me out lol But i have lost 7 pounds in water weight
i like to add a little black pepper, garlic power, and squeeze in half a lemon... lemon is the key here (sometimes some red spicy power it you like it a little hot)
Wow those eggs are real hard to get down.... if i cant find a better tasting way of eating them i might start substituting it for a fatty fish food. I can do this correct?
